Solution for Legal Professionals - Professional Mediation Services Rate: $150 per person / per hour Minimum: 2-hour initial session ($300 per person) Additional time is prorated in 15-minute increments. GODR Registered: I am a Registered Professional Mediator in the State of Georgia, fully qualified to handle court-ordered family and civil cases. Specialized Expertise: As a PhD in Psychology, I specialize in the "high-conflict" files that typically stall in traditional sessions. Efficiency: I manage the emotional "personality management" so you can focus on the legal settlement, moving your files to "Closed" faster. Flexible Scheduling: Skip the court-annexed backlog. Cancellation Policy
After scheduling a session, you must notify the Bespoke Mediation Group, LLC within three (3) business days prior to your mediation date to cancel or postpone. All parties must agree to the rescheduling of the session. Failure to appear at the mediation or failure to reschedule less than 48 business hours prior to the above date will result in the assessment of a cancellation fee of $300.00 to the canceling party or parties.
