Hi There!

I’m Se’Lena Wingfield, PhD, founder of Bespoke Mediation Group, a registered Civil & Family Mediator, and an advocate for healing.

My work is centered on helping people navigate conflict, difficult relationship dynamics, and major life transitions with greater clarity. Through mediation, coaching, and practical educational tools, I help people understand what they’re facing, identify what they can control, and make more intentional decisions about what comes next.

Bespoke Mediation Group grew from my belief that people navigating conflict need more than a place to talk—they need clarity, practical tools, and a path forward.

My academic background includes a PhD in General Psychology and an MS in Counseling Psychology, with study and professional experience centered on human behavior, relationships, communication, conflict, and trauma-informed approaches. I am also a registered mediator in Georgia.

My own experiences navigating complex conflict deepened my interest in what happens when people become caught in systems and relationship dynamics that feel difficult to understand or escape. That experience, combined with my academic training, shaped the work I do today.

I created Bespoke Mediation Group to offer a different kind of support—one that recognizes both the practical issues that need to be resolved and the human experience occurring underneath them.

Today, I provide online mediation, pre-mediation coaching and stabilization, conflict-resolution services, professional life coaching, and educational resources for people navigating divorce, co-parenting, high-conflict relationships, workplace conflict, and major life transitions.

I also create practical tools for people who may not need a session but still need help making sense of what they are experiencing. My resources are designed to help people recognize patterns, document what matters, strengthen boundaries, interrupt unproductive cycles, and make decisions from a clearer place.

Whether someone comes to Bespoke Mediation Group for mediation, coaching, or one of my educational tools, my philosophy remains the same:

You may not be able to control another person’s behavior—but you can become clearer about the pattern, more intentional about your response, and more confident about what you do next.

Advocacy. Healing. Resolution.
