Booking & Cancellation Rules
After scheduling an online strategy or consulting session, you must notify Bespoke Mediation Group, LLC within twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled appointment date to cancel or postpone. For multi-party services, all participating parties must mutually agree in writing to any rescheduling requests. Failure to appear at your scheduled appointment time, or failure to request a reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the session start time, will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

This information may include your name, email address, phone number, billing details, and any background contextual notes submitted through secure input forms.

Use of Information Collected information is used explicitly to deliver your digital purchases, schedule your consulting appointments, manage billing processes, and tailor your conflict resolution strategy sessions. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your private communications, data, or personal details to third-party advertisers.
3. Data Security & Payment Processing All financial transactions are managed via encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party processing tools (such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). Your sensitive payment data is never stored directly on our servers.

Digital Products Return & Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our digital products, workbooks, and templates (including The Pattern Break digital workbook), all digital sales are strictly final, non-refundable, and non-returnable. Once purchase completion occurs and download links are generated, no refunds or credit adjustments will be issued under any circumstances. If you experience a technical defect or download disruption, please contact us immediately for manual file delivery.
