Cancellation Policy
After scheduling a session, you must notify the Bespoke Mediation Group, LLC within 24 hours prior to your appointment date to cancel or postpone. All parties must agree to the rescheduling of the session. Failure to appear at your appointment date or failure to reschedule less than 24 hours prior to the above date will result in the assessment of a cancellation fee of the cost of service plus the processing fee to the canceling party or parties.
