Our Mediation-Only service is designed specifically for parties who are already represented by counsel or who have already completed their own discovery and filing and simply require a skilled third-party neutral to facilitate a settlement.

Rate & Policy

• Hourly Rate: $150 - $300 per hour (typically split equally between parties).

• Two-Hour Minimum: All mediation-only bookings require a minimum of two billable hours. This ensures adequate time for opening statements, private caucusing, and meaningful negotiation.

• Virtual-First: Sessions are conducted via our secure, HIPAA-compliant digital portal, allowing for seamless breakout rooms and private consultations.
